The itinerant exhibition ‘Via Iacobitana’ arrives in the province of Córdoba

The Ethnological Museum of the municipality of Hinojosa del Duque, in Córdoba, is host to the photographic exhibition on the Camino de Santiago, ‘Via Iacobitana’, until October 17 this year.

This is a collection of photographs on the Camino de Santiago made by Galician photographers who became pilgrims in order to portray their particular vision and sensations suggested by the Jacobean Route.

Through the images which are exhibited, it is possible to see several itineraries in different epochs of the year, its varied landscapes, the romeros (those taking part in religious festivals), the local people and the treasured cultural heritage from the personal viewpoint of the authors, which stamps personality on the photographs.

The exhibition is open to the public on Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8p.m.; and at weekends and holidays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
