Xacobeo calls for grant proposals from associations of friends of the Way of St. James

Part of the corporate purpose of Sociedade Anónima de Xestión do Plan Xacobeo is relations with the associations of friends of the Way of St. James. As a result, Xacobeo considers collaboration with these entities at different levels to be essential, since historically they have been the most important section of civil society promoting the Way and its routes, both in Galicia and in rest of Spain and other countries around the world.

Applications must be submitted electronically through the standardised form available from the Government of Galicia’s electronic office, https://sede.xunta.gal.

If any interested parties present their request in person, they will be required to submit it electronically. For these purposes, the submission application date will be considered as the date on which the electronic submission was made.

For the presentation of applications, any of the identification and signing mechanisms allowed by the Government of Galicia’s electronic office may be used, including the user and password system Chave365 (https://sede.xunta.gal/chave365), for which a link has been enabled in the procedures and services guide, with code PR990A.

For foreign entities (associations of friends of the Way of St. James and other entities whose purpose is the promotion of the Way of St. James and its pilgrimage), if it is functionally and/or technical impossible for them to submit the proposal electronically, applications must be presented in person at any of the places and registries established in the regulations governing the common administrative procedure, using the standardised form available from the Government of Galicia’s electronic office, https://sede.xunta.gal, code PR990A.

The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. If the last day of this period is not a business day, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.
